The new HyGenic & HyGenic Max hygiene valves set new standards to avoid germ formation within a valve. Germs need for their propagation volumes, which are flushed little or not at all. The patented volume flow control prevents exactly this. A sufficient flushing of the valve is always ensured, even when the water withdrawal is only short or the amount of withdrawn water is only small. The constructively optimised designed internal water channels also contribute the minimisation of microbial contamination.

The new hygiene valve is available in two designs. The HyGenic hygiene cartridge valve with hygiene benefit is downward compatible with valves of series 50.007.101 and can be retrofitted in faucets with the corresponding mounting contour.

For a full hygiene benefit our HyGenic Max valve is recommended. Thanks to its special contour the surface exposed to the media has been reduced to a minimum. A new screw-in contour is required in the fitting. This variant is therefore ideally suited for new designs of faucets in hygienically particularly sensitive areas.
