The essentials in brief
- High flow rate up to 40 l/min
- System pressures up to 10 bar
- Media temperature up to 90 °C
- Material selection according to KTW guidelines
The media flow hits the turbine wheel causing it to rotate. This rotary motion is converted to electrical pulses by a Hall Effect Sensor. The frequency of these pulses can be converted into a flow rate measurement between 4 and 40l/min. This unit can withstand a pressure up to 10bar in media up to 90 °C. The required nominal voltage is between 4 and 24 V DC. Other nominal voltage can be realised on request. The materials used conform to KTW guidelines.
With its use of universally standard threaded connections, compact design and ability to be used in any orientation, the Flow Meter Turbine can be easily incorporated into a design or retrofitted to existing installations. It can be combined with the CF 13/17 manifold system as well as many of our solenoid valves.
Further technical data can be found in the data sheet in the product area.
