Sampling of injection moulds
For the sampling of newly developed injection moulds, we have two separate plants in our factory where we can carry out thorough tests before using or delivering the new mould. The measurement of the components and the production of initial samples is carried out using modern imaging techniques such as X-ray tomography.
Serial production in highly automated machinery
For the serial production of injection moulded parts, especially for the fluid technology sector, we rely on our modern and highly automated machinery. This enables us to guarantee precise and reproducible processes.
