The new biocompatible dialysis valve:
More compact & hygienic

The new A. u. K. Müller dialysis valve has become 20% smaller & lighter and comes up with a new coil and greater voltage variety. The directly controlled solenoid valves are media-separated thanks to bellows and have been specially developed for use in haemodialysis machines and medical equipment.

The essentials in brief:

  • Biocompatible materials according to DIN 10993-1, -5, -12
  • Media separated by PTFE bellows
  • Function and leakage-free in both flow directions
  • Miniaturised design, variable mounting options
  • Highest functional reliability through use of high-quality materials and 100% final inspection
  • Low dead space and easy to disinfect chemically
  • Protection classes IP00 & IP65 available
  • Can be controlled with pulse width modulation (PWM)

Direct-acting Dialysis Valve, NC

The latest version of the dialysis valve from A. u. K. Müller once again sets standards among compact direct-controlled valves.

It is also made of biocompatible materials and is up to 20% more compact than its predecessor. The new coils now have an internal yoke, which makes the valve more robust against external influences. In addition, the new coils score with a greater variety of voltages.

Over 40 years of experience in the development of dialysis valves

With the application for the first patent in 1982 (P 32 02 145.3), A. u. K. Müller has over 40 years of experience in the development of valves for use in dialysis machines. Thanks to the biocompatible and physiologically suitable high-performance plastics used, such as polyetherimide (PEI), with sealing elements made of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM), a long service life is guaranteed when using dialysate, cleaning and disinfecting solutions. In order to offer you the widest possible range of durability and certification options, housing variants are available in PEEK or PPSU, as well as FKM as sealing material.
